There are almost as many ways to skin a cat (Kat?), but here are a couple of methods for making this delicious chocolate + coffee drink. Watch Gail whip up two mochas using 2 different techniques.

1 cup of strong, hot coffee (Espresso works well)
1 1/2 ounces brandy
1 1/2 ounces Kahlua
whipped cream
Add the brandy and Kahlua to the hot coffee. Quickly top with whipped cream. This prevents the alcohol from escaping!
